QJumpers Candidate Management System

Semantic Limited Director Gary Benner developed the QJumpers Candidate Mangement System software (CMS), for the Big Fish Group in Tauranga, who run the Qualmaster Recruitment company.

The CMS System is a background program that allows Managers to forward email enquiries for a position directly to the Recruitment Website where they are processed, assessed, and prioritised by a specialist team.

The forwarding simply allows the manager to drag and drop the email on to a QJumpers "landing pad" ( see below ).

This makes the process of handling job applications a breeze.

The QJumpers Candidate Management System included:

• System tray Application ( sits in the background )
• Drag and Drop from Outlook and Outlook Express
